Welcome to the Shepherd Center for Integrative Health!

We require all potential patients to schedule a Discovery Call to discuss individual needs and to understand how our clinic can best support you.

Please note the following:

-A credit card is required to hold this appointment once scheduled. Your card will be charged the call fee of $100 the day of your call. This will be applied to your in-person sessions.

-Once you have scheduled a consult, our office will reach out to you as soon as we can to learn more about you and prepare you for your call. There will be brief intake forms to complete prior to call. These must be completed 24 hours before your call or your call will be canceled and you will be charged the full fee.

-You may also add your name to our waitlist, but please still schedule a consultation in the future. as an earlier appointment may not open up.

The full fee will be charged for cancellations less than 48 hours and unattended calls.
